Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). What you see is the base price—VAT and other applicable taxes are shown separately before you pay. We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors at any time.
Payment & Confirmation
We take payment upfront. If it goes through, we confirm your order. If there’s a stock issue, we’ll let you know. If everything checks out, the item gets packed and sent. Simple. Once the order is placed and paid, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or canceled.
Shipping
We only ship within Thailand. Some items ship fast. Some take time. If a product has a delay, due to availability or logistics, we’ll say it upfront on the product page. When it’s shipped, you’ll get the tracking number. Once the product is handed over to the courier, delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, customs, carrier issues) are beyond our control.
Final Sale Policy
Please check product descriptions and specifications carefully before confirming your order. We describe our products as clearly as possible. But screens vary, light shifts, and reality has texture. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, except in cases where required by Thai law (e.g., defective or incorrect products).
